How we work

A process built on twenty years of knowing what works.

No surprises, no scope creep, no disappearing acts. Here's exactly how we go from first conversation to a site that performs — and keeps performing.

Our philosophy

The right layout changes everything.

Two decades. Hundreds of builds. Construction firms, real estate developers, publishers, law firms — we've seen what converts and what falls flat. We don't hand you a template and walk away. We collaborate with you to map a structure built around your industry, your customers, and your actual goals.

The roadmap

From first call to fully launched.

01
Discovery

Initial Consultation

This isn't a sales call — it's a discovery session. We sit down (virtually or in person) to understand where you are and where you want to be. We look at your current site, your competitors, what's working, and what's quietly costing you business. You walk away with a clear picture of the opportunity. We walk away with what we need to do this right.

What to expect: A 45–60 minute conversation. No prep required on your end — just show up ready to talk about your business. We'll ask the questions.
02
Audit

Digital Asset Review

Before a single line of code gets written, we take inventory of everything you already own: your domain and DNS records, existing hosting, email setup, Google Business profile, social accounts, analytics data, and any third-party tools or integrations. Nothing falls through the cracks. Nothing gets duplicated. We document it all and flag anything that needs attention before production begins.

What we cover: Domain registrar access · Hosting credentials · Google Analytics & Search Console · Email platform · CRM or booking tools · Social profiles · Any active ad accounts.
03
Planning

Proposal & Estimate

We put together a plain-English proposal — no buzzwords, no inflated line items. You'll see exactly what we're going to build, the timeline, and what it costs. We typically present options so you can choose the level of investment that fits your moment. Scope is defined clearly. Deliverables are specific. Once you've reviewed it and it feels right, we move forward.

Typical turnaround: Proposal delivered within 3–5 business days of the consultation. We don't pad timelines to look thorough — we move when we're ready.
04
Kickoff

Agreement & Deposit

A signed service agreement and deposit locks in your production slot and officially kicks things off. Your project gets scheduled, your dedicated RT7 point of contact is confirmed, and we set milestone check-ins so you're never in the dark. This is the step where "we should do this" becomes "we're doing this." From here, the timeline is in motion and both sides are accountable to it.

Deposit structure: Typically 25–40% of the project total, depending on scope. The remainder is billed at defined milestones — never all at the end.
05
Build & Launch

Production, Migration & Go-Live

We build. If you're moving from an existing platform or host, we handle the full migration — files, database, domain transfer, DNS cutover — coordinated to minimize downtime. You get progress updates at each milestone, a staging environment to review and approve before anything goes public, and a hands-on launch window where we're watching everything in real time. Going live is not the end — it's the beginning of the relationship.

Post-launch: Every RT7 project includes an active monitoring period after launch — uptime, performance, security patches, and rapid fixes for anything that surfaces in the first weeks. Most of our clients stay with us for hosting, maintenance, and ongoing development long after the initial build.
