White-Label Partner Program
White-label web services for MSPs and IT firms.
Your clients already ask you: do you do websites? RT7 is the white-label web team that lets you say yes. We design, build, host, and maintain it under your brand. You bill the client, keep the margin, and keep the relationship.
- Your brand, your invoice, your margin. Our name appears nowhere.
- No retainer, no volume minimum, no certification program
- One in-house team for design, development, hosting, and care since 2008
"Do you do websites?"
Clients call you because you run their computers, so the questions drift. Can you fix our WordPress plugin? Is our site secure? Who renews the SSL? Can you post a blog for us?
Saying no sends the work to a web agency. Many of those agencies also sell hosting, cloud, and support, and now they have a seat at your client's table. Saying yes, with RT7 behind you, keeps the work, the revenue, and the relationship in your hands.
How the partnership works
Your client asks
A client asks about a website, hosting, a fix, SEO, or social media. This time, you say yes.
You loop in RT7
You bring us in behind the scenes. We scope the work with you and give you a partner price.
We deliver under your brand
Proposals, staging links, and reports carry your logo. Our name appears nowhere.
You bill and own it
You invoice at your price, keep the margin, and keep the client relationship entirely yours.
Two ways to partner
Pick per project. Some partners resell everything, some refer everything, most do a bit of both.
White-Label Track
Your margin
- We deliver under your brand, start to finish
- You set the price your client sees
- We join client calls as part of your team when you ask
- Your client never hears our name
Referral Track
10-15% of the project
- Send a client our way and we take it from there under the RT7 name
- You earn the fee when the work closes
- No delivery involvement on your side
- We keep you informed and never cross-sell against you

Partner questions
What does white-label web design mean?
It means RT7 does the design, development, hosting, or maintenance work and you deliver it to your client as your own service. Proposals, staging links, and reports carry your brand, you invoice the client at your price, and our name appears nowhere.
Who talks to the client?
You do. On the white-label track RT7 works behind the scenes and joins calls under your brand only when you ask us to. On the referral track we take it from there under our own name and keep you informed.
How do we know you won't go after our clients?
It goes in writing. Your clients are yours: we only work with them directly when you ask us to, we never pitch them our other services, and on white-label work we never appear in the deliverables. Our longest-running IT partner has sent us work for years for exactly that reason.
How does pricing and margin work?
You get a partner rate below our published direct prices. You set the price your client sees, and the difference is your margin. Projects are quoted at a fixed partner price after scoping, so you know your cost before you quote.
Are there minimums or a retainer?
No. No retainer, no volume commitment, no certification program. Bring us one project or twenty.
Who owns the site?
Your client owns their site and their content. You own the relationship and the billing. If a partnership ever ends, nothing is held hostage.
What happens if something breaks?
RT7 handles the fix under your hosting or maintenance arrangement, and you deliver the good news. Our hosting runs on infrastructure we own and monitor ourselves.
How fast can a first project start?
Scoping usually happens within a couple of days of the partner call. Small fixes can start the same week; full builds typically run 8 to 12 weeks depending on scope.
Do you work with marketing agencies too?
Yes. Most of our partners are MSPs and IT firms, but we also deliver white-label web design, hosting, and social media management for agencies and consultants.
