A.W. Smith III Enterprises (AWSE) is a licensed commercial general contractor based in Sterling, Virginia, serving Virginia, DC, Maryland, and West Virginia since 1984. From tenant buildouts and commercial doors to 24/7 facility maintenance, AWSE has completed over a thousand projects for organizations across the region. Their previous website was a fixed, hand-coded site that the team couldn't update themselves, so they came to RT7 Media for a platform they could grow with.

Our Approach

RT7 Media rebuilt awseinc.com on WordPress with a custom theme that preserves the brand's striking dark-and-gold design: bold display typography, glassmorphism panels, animated service icons, and a cinematic homepage hero. Behind the scenes, the site is structured so AWSE staff manage everything themselves. Projects and service pages are driven by simple fill-in fields, meaning the team updates photos, project details, and copy without ever touching layout or code.
